I was very impressed by Dr. Heggie on my first visit. I was referred by a friend to Raymond Dental. The staff were very comforting and professional walking me through the entire procedure as I was having my wisdom teeth pulled. I had been quite nervous the previous few days approaching the surgery. Clinic processed patients quickly, even tho there was only 1 doctor on shift. Any doctor anywhere gives only 10-15 minute appointments, and allows only one issue per appointment. This is standard anywhere in BC. If you need a longer appointment to process multiple issues, you might be able to get your long term family doctor to accommodate, but this is a walk-in clinic! And it seems to do that well: processes people quickly, when another doctor is not otherwise available. Thanks for your service

I have been a patient at the Mt Ida Clinic for many years. I have found the staff pleasant, efficient, kind, accommodating and compassionate. Being a Walk In Clinic there is sometimes a wait but I always get care as soon as is possible. Dr Lorenz is my family Dr and I have been and am very satisfied with the excellent treatment I receive from him.
I have also occasionally seen other Dr’s at the clinic when Dr Lorenz. was unavailable and also received excellent care from each one.
