One fertility has always made us feel comfortable and confident in their decisions and expertise. I find them extremely friendly and have really picked me up when I was doubtful. We live 4 hours away and chose this clinic because of some of the great reviews and they were not wrong. I loved all the doctors and nurses but we were assigned to Dr. Taerk and we loved him, very professional and helped with all our concerns and questions along the way. Would highly recommend them.

One of the most understanding and highly qualified doctors in Brantford.i read a post that had stated an emergency patient calling and got a rude reply from the staff. I have never dealt with or seen nor heard of a rude staff member. I may be wrong but in an emergency, one should always call the hospital or go to emergency. I hope that person is alright. I have been with this clinic for almost 30 years. As doctors have retired, we have been assigned to new doctors within he clinic. Without fail, each of the new doctors have been respectful, diligent, competent, personable. In 30 years, I cannot recall an instance where I would complain about any of the practitioners at King West Medical. I believe they have superior hiring practices that should be modelled by other clinics because you cant be that consistent without doing something consistently.
