Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. While he was here I got him to renovate a room for me. Ripped out old carpet, painted walls and ceiling and installed new flooring. Very happy with his work and price was very fair.
